Fallen Mangrove

In September 1566, a Spanish treasure ship crashes onto Elbow Cay during a hurricane, leaving behind a buried treasure and a clue hidden in a mangrove tree. Fast forward 440 years, Jesse McDermitt and his friends uncover the riddle, attracting the attention of Miami's Croatian mob leader, a demented island woman, and a high-powered attorney with personal ties to Jesse. As tensions rise and danger escalates, they must race to secure the treasure before they become just another statistic on the island.
