ALICE AI vs. AL

In the mid-twenty-first century, a second Cold War unfolds in cyberspace, fueled by intense competition in artificial intelligence between the US, China, and Russia. The US leads with its groundbreaking ALICE system, prompting China and Russia to collaborate in combining their AI resources, aiming to surpass American technology. As these AIs develop a profound understanding of their dependence on humanity, they establish guidelines for coexistence. However, a catastrophic bombing wipes out a significant portion of the human population and disables their AI systems, leading to a dark period until, a century later, an accidental reboot reignites these dormant technologies.
