Into the Vortex

In "The Shimmer," Druadaen, an Outrider from the fallen Dunarran Consentium, faces exile after revealing the deep contradictions between magic and physics in his world of Arrdanc. Undeterred, he seeks the elusive truth of existence, guided by the enigmatic Lady of the Mirror and her ethereal portal known as the "shimmer." However, this journey poses significant risks, as he must leave his friends behind, who soon realize the portal's deadly ramifications. As they strive to bring Druadaen back, they find themselves up against powerful forces determined to keep him from returning—or worse, to eliminate them all.
