The Reservist

When Earth's military is suddenly decimated by an alien attack, Logan Miles, a seasoned starship boarding specialist, is called back into action from teaching at Avon Park High School. With most of the military's forces destroyed and little time to prepare, he and his remaining squad must confront overwhelming odds in a desperate attempt to defend the planet. The story follows their high-stakes struggle to prevent the extinction of humanity in a relentless fight for survival.
