Heroine's Journey

Beatrice Tanaka has always resisted being seen as "normal," but her life has become a series of missed opportunities, particularly in her superhero aspirations. Although she possesses powerful emotional projection abilities, her older sister Evie and partner Aveda Jupiter still view her as an impulsive teen, forcing Bea into a mundane existence as a bookstore employee.
