The Munich Cowboys Cheerleaders

In "The Munich Cowboys Cheerleaders," best-selling author Martha Hall Kelly and coauthor Kathy Murray share the inspiring true story of Kathy's journey as she leaves her medical sales job to coach a cheerleading squad in Germany in 1997. Faced with language barriers and systemic racism, Kathy must motivate a group of disheartened teenagers, including gifted gymnast Annika Jensen, who is reluctant to embrace cheerleading again due to her past experiences. Narrated from both Kathy and Annika’s perspectives, this uplifting novella highlights themes of friendship, resilience, and transformation through sport.
