The Haunting of H. G. Wells

In 1914, as the Great War rages on, H. G. Wells is sent to investigate a bizarre tale of St. George and a celestial brigade aiding British forces. His journey takes him through eerie landscapes filled with lost souls, ultimately leading him back to London, where a perilous plot threatens to change the course of the war. Joined by his young love, the reporter and suffragette Rebecca West, Wells confronts sinister agents and occult forces in a race to protect his sanity, his country, and the fate of the world.
