Ed Maurer, a man recovering from a neck injury and discontent with his office job, finds purpose and connection through volunteering at a community center, where he unexpectedly partners with Laurie Parker, a former ballet star, during a dance emergency. Their shared moments on the dance floor help them challenge past pains and build a bond that could lead to something more.
