The Arb

In this dark coming-of-age story, two neurodiverse teens—Gabe and Sothea—forge a connection amidst a backdrop of societal rejection, uncovering their true selves along the way. Their lives take a terrifying turn when a malevolent figure from Khmer folklore, the arb, begins to threaten their community. Blending contemporary gothic paranormal elements with Arthurian legend and Asian horror, the narrative explores themes of acceptance, friendship, and confronting inner and outer monsters.
