Norma Jean Lutz began her professional writing career in 1977 after enrolling in a correspondence writing course, eventually publishing more than 250 short stories and articles and over 50 books. She has written extensively for teens, including clean young-adult fiction and historical Christian adventure novels, and has also worked as a ghostwriter, editor, writing instructor, and conference speaker.
