Chris Barnardo is a designer, illustrator, biomedical engineer, inventor, and co-founder of The Wand Company. He began writing Advances in the Art of Being in 2001 and has also authored the family activity books Made with Dad and Dragonolia. His fiction focuses on ambitious, idea-driven science fiction exploring artificial intelligence, technology, consciousness, and humanity’s future.
