Carrot Quinn is an Alaska-raised writer whose work grew from years of blogging, zine-making, freight-train travel, and long-distance hiking. She is the author of the adventure memoir Thru-Hiking Will Break Your Heart, about her Pacific Crest Trail hike, and The Sunset Route, a literary memoir about her childhood and years riding freight trains. She also writes speculative fiction, including the dystopian novel BETS.
