Alyson McLayne is an award-winning Canadian romance author who studied theater at the University of Alberta and worked in film on Canada’s West Coast before publishing her debut novel, Highland Promise, in 2017. She is best known for her Scottish Highland historical romance series, including The Sons of Gregor MacLeod, and also writes contemporary and paranormal romance.
