Richard Mueller is an American writer whose career spans science-fiction novels, film novelizations, and animated television. He sold his first novel, Jernigan’s Egg, before writing the 1985 novelization Ghostbusters: The Supernatural Spectacular. He later wrote or co-wrote numerous episodes of The Real Ghostbusters and Extreme Ghostbusters, as well as scripts for animated series including Batman: The Animated Series, Gummi Bears, X-Men, Wing Commander Academy, RoboCop, and Godzilla.
