Alexandra Wood is a London-based playwright whose work spans theatre, radio and audio drama. She won the George Devine Award for The Eleventh Capital and was a Playwright-in-Residence at Paines Plough; her plays and adaptations include The Tyler Sisters, The Human Ear, Wild Swans and The Suspicions of Mr Whicher. Her audio play Descent was developed through Audible’s Emerging Playwrights Fund.
