Drawing on his twelve years as an Amazon executive—including two years as Jeff Bezos’s chief of staff—Bryar writes about Amazon’s leadership principles, management practices, innovation, and corporate culture. He is also co-founder of Working Backwards LLC, where he advises organizations on applying those practices.
