Alex Rosenberg is an American philosopher and novelist who writes both historical fiction and nonfiction. He is the R. Taylor Cole Distinguished Professor of Philosophy at Duke University and has authored more than a dozen academic books, several historical novels, and hundreds of scholarly papers. His fiction often connects real historical events and figures with thriller-style narratives, while his nonfiction explores philosophy, science, history, and economics.
