Gary K. Wolf is an American author and screenwriter best known for creating Roger Rabbit. He began his writing career with science-fiction novels, including Killerbowl, A Generation Removed, and The Resurrectionist, before combining comics, mystery, and science fiction in Who Censored Roger Rabbit? The novel launched the Roger Rabbit series and inspired the 1988 film Who Framed Roger Rabbit; Wolf has also written screenplays, essays, and entertainment-related nonfiction.
