Eloise Jarvis McGraw (1915–2000) was an American author of children’s books and young adult novels. After returning to writing in the late 1940s, she published more than twenty books, including the Newbery Honor titles Moccasin Trail, The Golden Goblet, and The Moorchild, as well as the historical novels Mara, Daughter of the Nile and Master Cornhill. Her work also included juvenile mysteries, fantasy, and contributions to the Oz series.
