S.H. Jucha is the pen name of Scott Jucha, an independent science-fiction author who previously worked as a senior manager in technical education and software development. Influenced by classic science-fiction writers, he began developing The Silver Ships in 2012 and has since created several interconnected series, including The Silver Ships, Pyreans, Gate Ghosts, and Cercians, centered on human survival, alien worlds, first contact, and interstellar conflict.
