Martha Waters is a South Florida-born author and graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill who writes witty, character-driven romantic fiction. She is the author of the Regency Vows series, including To Have and to Hoax, To Love and to Loathe, To Marry and to Meddle, To Swoon and to Spar, and To Woo and to Wed, as well as Christmas Is All Around, And Then There Was The One, and Spellstruck. She currently lives in London.
