Dipo Faloyin is a Nigerian-American author and journalist, born in Chicago, raised in Lagos, and based in London. He is a senior editor and writer at VICE, where he focuses on culture, race, identity, and politics, and his work has appeared in publications including The Guardian, The New York Times, Dazed, Esquire, and Newsweek. His debut book, Africa Is Not a Country (2022), challenges reductive Western portrayals of Africa through history, cultural commentary, and reported essays.
