Jedidiah Jenkins is a New York Times bestselling travel writer and author of To Shake the Sleeping Self, Like Streams to the Ocean, and Mother, Nature. A USC and Pepperdine University School of Law graduate, he began his career with the nonprofit Invisible Children and has written for The Paris Review, Orion, and Playboy. His work combines travel, personal memoir, cultural observation, and reflective essays.
