Mike Guardia is an internationally recognized author and military historian whose writing career began in 2010 while he was serving in the U.S. Army as an armor officer. He has written military biographies, combat histories, and aviation histories for publishers including Casemate, Osprey, and Bloomsbury, with subjects ranging from World War II and guerrilla warfare to modern fighter aircraft and military leadership. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in American history from the University of Houston.
