He served as the Financial Times’s principal Apple reporter from 2019 to 2023, reporting from Hong Kong, Germany, and California. His debut book, Apple in China: The Capture of the World’s Greatest Company, examines Apple’s manufacturing, technology, and geopolitical ties to China.
