Brad Gooch is an American poet, novelist, literary biographer, memoirist, and nonfiction writer. His career began with the poetry collection The Daily News (1977), followed by novels, short stories, memoirs, biographies of figures including Frank O’Hara, Flannery O’Connor, Rumi, and Keith Haring, and nonfiction on spirituality and sexuality. He has also written for major literary and cultural publications and has taught creative writing at William Paterson University since 1992.
