Sofía Segovia is a Mexican novelist from Monterrey. After studying Communication at the University of Monterrey, she moved from journalism-oriented work into fiction, screenwriting, literary workshops, and teaching. Her novels include Noche de huracán (2010), El murmullo de las abejas (2015), Huracán (2016), and Peregrinos (2018), published in English as Tears of Amber.
