Ryan Steck is an author, freelance editor, and the founder and editor-in-chief of The Real Book Spy, a website focused on mystery and thriller fiction. He made his fiction debut with Fields of Fire, the first Matthew Redd thriller, and has since written additional Matthew Redd novels and novellas, as well as continuing Ted Bell’s Alex Hawke series. Steck also co-writes the Chase Burke thrillers with Simon Gervais.
