Robin Sloan is an American fiction writer whose career began after about a decade working at the intersection of media and technology. He is the author of the novels Mr. Penumbra’s 24-Hour Bookstore, Sourdough, and Moonbound, as well as novellas including Annabel Scheme, Ajax Penumbra 1969, and The Suitcase Clone. His fiction and commentary have appeared in publications including The New York Times, The Atlantic, and MIT Technology Review, and his novels have been translated into more than a dozen languages.
