Héctor García Puigcerver is a Spanish author and former software engineer who moved to Japan after working at CERN and later spent 15 years in Tokyo’s IT industry. His writing career grew from his popular blog about Japan, leading to A Geek in Japan, The Magic of Japan, and numerous books on Japanese culture, philosophy, well-being, and spirituality, including the international bestseller Ikigai, co-written with Francesc Miralles.
