Francesc Miralles is a Barcelona-born Spanish writer, essayist, translator, and journalist who began his career as a translator and editor before becoming a full-time author. He first wrote mainly young-adult fiction, later publishing novels for adults and internationally translated books on psychology, spirituality, and personal development. He is best known as the coauthor, with Héctor García, of the international bestseller Ikigai, and he also writes and speaks widely about purpose, motivation, and personal transformation.
