Daveed Diggs is an American writer, rapper, actor, and producer best known as a member of the experimental hip-hop group clipping. He co-created and co-authored The Deep with Rivers Solomon, William Hutson, and Jonathan Snipes, adapting clipping.’s Hugo Award-nominated song into an Afrofuturist novella. He also co-wrote the film Blindspotting with Rafael Casal.
