Brittney C. Cooper is an author, cultural critic, and professor whose writing centers Black feminism, race, gender, and social justice. She co-founded the Crunk Feminist Collective, co-edited The Crunk Feminist Collection, and writes for outlets including Cosmopolitan, The New York Times, and The Washington Post. Her books include Beyond Respectability and the New York Times bestseller Eloquent Rage: A Black Feminist Discovers Her Superpower.
