Jennifer Finney Boylan is an American author of novels, memoirs, essays, and books for younger readers. Her 2003 memoir, She’s Not There, became a landmark bestseller and was the first bestselling work by a transgender American; she later coauthored the novel Mad Honey with Jodi Picoult and published the memoirs Good Boy and I’m Looking Through You.
