Maja Lunde is a Norwegian author and screenwriter who began her writing career with scripts for Norwegian television and children’s programs. She published her first children’s book, Over grensen, in 2012 and made her adult-fiction debut with The History of Bees in 2015. Her internationally translated climate novels include The History of Bees, The End of the Ocean, The Last Wild Horses, and The Dream of a Tree, alongside numerous books for children and young adults.
