W. Brad Johnson, PhD, is a clinical psychologist, Professor Emeritus of Leadership, Ethics, and Law at the U.S. Naval Academy, and a former Navy Medical Service Corps officer. He has authored more than 140 journal articles and book chapters and 14 books focused on mentoring, gender equity in the workplace, inclusive leadership, and professional ethics. His recent books include Fair Share, Good Guys, Athena Rising, On Being a Mentor, and The Elements of Mentoring.
