Robert Bagnall is an English speculative-fiction writer whose stories have appeared in magazines, websites, and anthologies since the early 1990s. He was a finalist in the Writers of the Future competition and has been included in multiple Best of British Science Fiction anthologies. His books include the science-fiction thriller 2084 – The Meschera Bandwidth and collections of his short fiction; he has also written for radio, newspapers, and government ministers as a speechwriter.
