Vampire in the Jungle by Mimi Jean Pamfiloff is a paranormal rom-com featuring Damien, who must locate the last vampire within a week to prevent a powerful goddess from executing those he cares about. The story revolves around Damien's quest to find a reluctant vampire hiding in the jungle, who’s fiercely attached to his lair and hostile to visitors.
