The War Girls

Based on true stories from Warsaw during the Holocaust, this historical novel follows two Jewish sisters—one in London and one in Warsaw—whose lives are torn apart by the invasion of Poland. As Hanna joins the British Special Operations Executive to fight against the Nazis, her sister Stefa becomes involved in Jewish resistance efforts within the Warsaw Ghetto.
