Thomas “Hatch” Hatchfield, a Vietnam War veteran and former artist, navigates life in Seattle’s Pioneer Square, haunted by his past and struggling with addiction. With the support of Rosa, a diner owner who reignites his passion for drawing, Hatch begins his journey toward sobriety and self-discovery. Throughout, he encounters memories of war, his loyal unseen dog, Bud, and the challenges of facing his history.
