Mystery of the Phantom Heist

Lindsay Peyton is hosting an elaborate Sweet Sixteen celebration in Bayport, but her special day is threatened when her car is vandalized and a group called the Scaredevils begins causing mischief around town. Detectives Frank and Joe work to identify the culprits behind the vandalism and the threatening videos before the celebration is spoiled. The story combines mystery and suspense as the brothers race to protect Lindsay's big day.
