State of Fear

John Bailey, a former war correspondent with a traumatic past, finds his attempt at a normal life disrupted when a terrorist kills a woman in London, revealing a deadly connection to his past. The terrorist, Mustafa al-Baghdadi, has a personal vendetta against Bailey and threatens further attacks, prompting Bailey to seek help from a ruthless CIA veteran to confront this threat.
