The Troubleshooter

Dan Balor, a successful Washington attorney, acquires an apartment building with the intention of creating low-income housing, only to find it occupied by squatters and entrenched criminals. As efforts to clear the building stall, Balor encounters Hannibal Jones, who soon becomes involved in a tense battle against local crime and a powerful mob family. The story unfolds with escalating conflicts that threaten to ignite a riot, as Hannibal works to resolve the situation without allowing the neighborhood to fall into criminal hands.
