Growing up in a small Ghanaian town, cousins Selasi and Akorfa shared a close bond, but their lives diverged as they matured and moved across continents. Now successful in their careers—one in international development in the US and the other as a restaurateur in Accra—they are unexpectedly brought back together by a crisis. Confronting long-held secrets and childhood trauma, they face the challenge of healing their bond and preventing the past from repeating itself.
