When a violent gang reemerges, undercover cop Patriot is forced to leave his past behind and assume a new identity, only to be drawn back into danger while protecting a friend. Chloe Swearingen, a dedicated ER nurse, finds herself entangled in a series of threats and fires that threaten her community and her life.
