The Augmented Man

Nicholas Trailer, the last of the Augmented Men—a genetically engineered super soldier—struggles with the aftermath of a brutal war and his own monstrous nature. When he begins to experience feelings of love for the first time, he faces fears that his violence might threaten those he cares about.
