The Awakening of Rae

While her husband is deployed overseas, Rae, from a conservative and religious background, discovers a new world through a yoga class offered on base. As she befriends another military wife and embraces her new experiences, she begins to see life and herself in a different light. This awakening prompts her to reconsider her assumptions about marriage, responsibility, and personal growth.
