Set in Brighton in 1855, this story follows Kendall Lake, a member of the Order of the Round Table, as she investigates mysterious occurrences at a seaside photography studio connected to a powerful sorcerer. Teaming up with Amy Deland, who is haunted by a shadow linked to recent unexplained deaths, they delve into a supernatural mystery. As their investigation unfolds, their growing connection faces dangerous opposition from an evil force intent on keeping them apart.
