This audiobook explores the life and contributions of Gene L. Coon, a key figure behind the creation and development of Star Trek’s universe. Often overshadowed by Gene Roddenberry, Coon played a pivotal role in shaping iconic elements of the franchise, including the Klingons, Starfleet, and other foundational concepts. His career was cut short by illness just as Star Trek was gaining widespread popularity.
