A Skeleton in the Closet

Twelve-year-old Mizzy, who dreams of solving mysteries like Sherlock Holmes, faces challenges including her reputation for tall tales, a fear of escalators, and her Down syndrome, but remains determined to prove herself. While visiting her cousins for the summer, she uncovers her Great Aunt Jane's diaries and learns of mysterious circumstances surrounding her death. Using a family tree project as her cover, Mizzy embarks on a quest to uncover the truth and demonstrate her detective skills.
